Whether you are new to Keto, not getting the results you had envisioned or simply fallen off the Keto wagon over the holidays, this 4 week intensive with included coaching is the place to fine tune your Keto skills and crush those goals. Each week will start off with an instruction session and weekly challenge and end with an group coaching session which will give you an opportunity to share your accomplishments, troubleshoot and connect with other Keto warriors in the program.
Ketogenic diets are most often associated with weightloss goals, but this therapeutic diet has been used for decades to support many chronic conditions including:
- Brain injury and concussion
- Blood sugar imbalances
- Metabolic syndrome
- Mental health issues
Course runs 4 week starting March 13th. A new learning module will be released every Monday, midweek newsletter with tips and recipes and Live Zoom group coaching every Friday evening.
Week 1 Keto Basics- we will start our journey with an overview of the different approaches to the keto diet, common pitfalls, helpful strategies and where most people go wrong. Don’t skip this just because you have done keto in the past!
Week 2 Understanding Ketosis- This week we will delve deeper into understanding what actually happens in your body during Keto and how to leverage this
Week 3 Intermittent Fasting- This week we will explore one of the most incredible health tools, Intermittent Fasting. We will cover the science behind this practice, what happens in your body during each phase of the fast, why to do it and how to do it safely.
Week 4 Living with Keto– We will explore options with how and if to do keto long term, how to integrate it into your life even after reaching your health goals and how to avoid ending back where you were when you started.
